Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have passed we will be unable to offer a refund. We are currently unable to offer exchanges.


Change of mind: As items are printed on demand to fulfill your order, refunds are not provided for change of mind.

Wrong size ordered: As items are printed on demand to fulfill your order, refunds are not provided for incorrectly ordered sizes. Sizing information is provided for each product type for your consideration before purchasing. Sizes provided are for the physical garment size.

Lost in transit: For packages lost in transit, you must contact us no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate further before making a decision regarding a refund.

Wrong address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the printing facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment (if and as applicable).

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, items bought on sale cannot be refunded.

Misprinted/damaged/defective: If an item you have received is misprinted, damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 week of receiving the product and we will look into this for you.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tag and with a receipt or proof of purchase included. 

All returns that are not in the original condition will be sent back to the sender with or without notification.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be advised of the address to send your item after you have lodged your return request.

All shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that the approval process may take few days after the return is received by our team.

If your item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed.
